We start at CYCLING FRIENDS Shop. Above CYCLING FRIENDS Shop we enter a single trail towards Signal Hill. Here you’ll already be impressed by the great view of Cape Town. We continue to the valley station of Table Mountain, from there we ride below Table Mountain to the well known viewpoint, Blockhouse.

After a break we’ll take a short trip to the Rhodes Memorial and from there we’ll drive along Table Mountain Rd towards the Glen. If you wish we can stop at The Lawns (beautiful beer garden) for a cold drink before we head back via Camps Bay.

Bike suggestion

From our stock of bikes we recommend a STORCK Bike E-MTB e:drenalin. You are welcome to use your own bike for this. Any E-MTB is suitable for this tour.

Your preparation

Please bring your own helmet and pedals.
You can bring your timepiece to record your performance.

Helmet and pedals rental is possible!


Suitable cycling clothes as well as various cycling utensils can be bought directly in our store if necessary.

We take care of

Drinks for the road will be provided by us. Each participant will be able to fill his/her water bottle(s) with isotonic drinks prepared by the CYCLING FRIENDS team before the start.
